As a real estate agent with Royal Properties Realty I work full time to ensure the highest quality of service for my clients. My motto is “Great Service is the Key to Success” meaning that when I provide you with outstanding service we will both reap the benefits of success. I am also a part of Team Rutherford; we are a group of agents who help one another provide the best service we can to our clients. I am a dues paying member of the national, state, and local board of Realtors. Only Realtors subscribe to a strict Code of Ethics. I am also a dues paying member of the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). As your agent I will have to do a lot of research in order to best represent you, the MLS will help me in this endeavor. Since buying or selling a home can be one of the most stressful and confusing financial experiences, my goal is to provide you with the best real estate experience possible. This will help us to build a life long relationship in which you will come back to me for your future real estate needs and refer you friend and family to me.
PERSONAL
I am a veteran of the Operation Iraqi Freedom War and served for eight years in the U.S. Army Reserve. I attended Austin Peay State University and obtained my Bachelors of Science degree in Education, and then taught for two years in Tennessee. I attended the Nashville School of Real Estate and continue to take classes in real estate to better my abilities for my clients. All my previous experiences have helped me to better serve my clients. As a former educator and veteran I have varied experiences to aid me in transforming challenging situations into less stressful ones.
My husband, Zach, and I have been married since March of 2007. We are both animal lovers. Our two dogs are Troll and Abby. One is a German Shepard and the other is a Boarder Terrier.. Our three cats are Madison, Tristen, and Gretchen. They were all strays we took in after they “adopted” us. To top all this off we also have several goats and cows to look after. Our favorite thing to do together is to go hiking and looking at the beautiful scenery that Tennessee provides us.
